These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Westshore Rentals website and your rental of equipment from Westshore Rentals LLC ("Westshore Rentals," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or renting a trailer from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Westshore Rentals offers trailers for rent to the public. Rentals are booked and paid through Patriot Hauls. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Rental charges are paid in full at the time of booking and, once a rental has begun, are non-refundable except as required by law.
A refundable security deposit is collected by credit card at booking. Provided the trailer is returned on time and without damage, the deposit is refunded within 24 hours after our inspection. You are responsible for any loss of, or damage to, the equipment while it is in your possession, including damage caused by exceeding a trailer's rated capacity. Weight and load-capacity figures we publish are approximate; do not exceed a trailer's rated limits.
A card-processing fee of 3.5% and Florida sales tax of 7.5% apply to rentals. Delivery and pickup fees, where applicable, are charged before service: delivery is free within 3 miles of our Tampa yard, with a $30 minimum or $5.00 per mile beyond that. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive rental-related text messages from Westshore Rentals at (813) 593-4133. Message frequency varies and will not exceed 20 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase. Your mobile information is not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.
Our services and equipment are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Westshore Rentals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or equipment. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
